The Scope of Our Mission

The scope of the missions conducted by VERTUMNE International & Associés covers the following aspects :

Assisting private investorsin the search for and evaluation of investment projects in the wine and spirits sectors located in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, China, and Mercosur (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay)

Carrying out :
      - fact-finding missions, establishing preliminary contact
      - technical audits (vineyards, cellars, production facilities, storage...),
      - administrative and financial audits (land ownership, appraisal of facilities, acquisition taxes, income taxes...),

Assistance in obtaining international financing and loans (investment funds, restructuration and development funds, FASEP ...).

Assistance in establishing contact with international financial backers in charge of privatization, restructuration, and development programs for wine sections. .

Marketing and image studies for the positioning of the wines produced in these regions.

OUR TEAM AND NETWORK

A permanent team of 5 wine specialists (enology, viticulture, finance, marketing and management) regularly working in these regions.
A network of more than 20 financial and technical experts worldwide in addition to research centers, laboratories and universities;
Regular contacts with the Agricultural specialists from local branches of the World Bank, the Food and Agricultural Organisation, the European Bank for Research and Development, and the European Economic Community.
